Our new module provides the opportunity of programming constant control, and direct intervention on behalf of the engineer to the automated production process. Therefore, it presents a new simpler, faster, and easier programming environment without any restrictions. A definite restriction for any Industrial Automation Engineers is the inconveniences and problems that the use of separate PLC and HMI modules can produce. The use of our all-in-one module solves this problem indefinitely.
Through its terminal points
The module can connect to either DC voltage (24V) or -the standard used- AC voltage (220V). This feature solves any inconveniences regarding the operation voltage, while also proving the diversity of applications that this module can be used for. This is supported by the number of its inputs and outputs. Specifically, the module isequipped with 8 digital inputs and 8 digital outputs (12-36 V DC each), while also providing 2 analog inputs and extra SPI serial output.
Connectivity
The module encompasses a port for MODBUS interconnection to connect with a wide range of devices and modules, such as temperature control units or pressure control units, that use the MODBUS connection and protocol. Our module can drive the output 24V units, for instance air valves, indirectly through the outputs of the PLC. In this way the installation process becomes simpler and the use of auxiliary peripheral devices, such as power supply for the output, is not necessary.

Can supply a lot more features. It can display any message in Greek or English in a variety of fonts. It is supplied with many interrupts, which are necessary for immediate control intervention and zero losses in measurement and control. This way the implementation of the project is deemed austere and absolute.

A new proposal
Our experience in Industrial Automation clarified for us the development and interconnection limitations that arise during the implementation of an Industrial Automation application. This is happening mainly due to the connection of a terminal HMI (Human Machine Interface) and a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). Up until this point, the Engineer in charge of the application was forced to make certain compromises to overcome these limitations.

Faq's
Kyros Electronics presents an all-in-one-module which is more than capable of solving any kind of industrial automation related issues.
1. A very high speed (through interrupts) non-way encoder without direction. Display and Exit commands are executed when the pulses reach the keyboard-bound limit.
2. A normal speed two-direction encoder (software routine).
3. One high speed encoder (with interrupts) and one normal speed encoder (software). Automatic command to the outputs when the encoders reach the programmed, through the keyboard, values.
4. Reading of two proportional values and on-screen display.
5. Display on the LCD panel of the state of all inputs [000000000000].
6. Two counters one set and one run. Entry of a decimal number from the keyboard on the screen and automatically start the run counter from the set value.
7. Driving of a servo step motor with acceleration and deceleration in programmed movement in both directions (max pulse - acceleration).
8. Temperature reading by a temperature control instrument via MODBUS and recording the set point.
9. Driving of a step motor between two points/limits (proximity) with acceleration and deceleration.
10. Communication with a temperature control unit via MODBUS. Two-way communication and temperature reading. Delimitation of the desired temperature through the keyboard and/orby selecting the address number of the control instrument.
11. Instructions for creating and displaying an image or a customer logo via software.
12. A program that has almost everything combined.

All the applications are in CCS compiler mode with transferability to MPLAB X IDE Microchip mode or microelectronic mode.
